What is psychometrics, anyway?

Our goal is to help people become happier and more successful in their careers. To achieve that goal, we use psychometric testing to measure personality traits, emotional intelligence and organizational culture.

To the uninitiated, the term psychometric testing may sound like something that probably should’ve been administered to Patrick Bateman (it's not – we promise). However, you’ve probably already experienced psychometric testing in one form or another. Perhaps you were administered an assessment like Myers-Briggs, the Enneagram or the DISC in high school, or maybe you’ve taken one of the many free self-scoring personality tests or IQ tests available online. Traditionally, psychometric testing is notorious for being lengthy, staid and a bit tedious to complete. However, thanks to the rise of the internet, the traditional world of psychometric testing is finally starting to liven up a bit.
