Why is my FitScore with my job low?

In most cases, a low FitScore is simply a reflection of different core values between you and a company. This kind of mismatch can potentially result in conflict, stress, and a feeling of not fitting in at your workplace. That being said, if you're new to your job or a particularly flexible person (check out your Insights to see whether this is the case!) you may find that over time, you'll adapt to the core values of your company, and your FitScore will go up.
