  2. Bring more value to users

I need more value to engage in the long term with this kind of game. I think it could be a great tool to learn more about oneself. But if ever triggered action just there to bring the app forward the value for me is too little. The concept relies on user content. Why make it so difficult?

  3. Location on user profile

I think it would be great to have location added to the profile!

  4. Recommend highly matched job posts (both matching job description + company cultural fit) (improved UX)

As is, Good&Co forces us to search for companies and then search within their posted jobs, which is a bit un-natural UX with lost opportunities of great jobs of companies the user has not thought of.

It would be of great value if the system would recommend job posts which fits the users' personality, the company's cultural fit, and the self identified skills. Setting our location preferences somewhere could also provide meaningful initial proximity as a factor. In addition, allow for meaningful adjustments through filters (location range, company fit range, job fit range, etc.)

  5. Make shorter bulleted descriptions of personality types

Some of the personality types really don't have the attention span to read a whole decently-sized paragragh.

Maybe you could do a "TL;DR" version below with some bulleted strengths/weaknesses? The way there's the "Do" and "Don't" sections, they are super helpful for someone who has a short attention span.

  6. See more stats?

I really like these quizzes, but I wish I would see more than my top 3 stats. I think it give even more insight if I were able to see more traits and what they mean.

  7. Any more quizzes?

Are there any more quizzes available besides the 5? I'd really like to take some more because if not, there's no need to keep an app on my phone that only has 5. Thanks!

  8. Allow # of characters to describe answer

Allow short # of characters to describe your reasoning and attach it to the questions asked.

Also, your team is doing an awesome job with this app so keep up the good work! :)

  9. Specific Career Recommendations

Could you use my persona blend to recommend career ideas? It's not helpful to have career and work environment ideas based on one aspect of my so-called persona, it would be nice to have recommendations based on the persona blend that have assessed.

  13. Test Accuracy

With those new to personality theories, and even move so those similar, getting conflicting results is off putting to say the least. While the minuscule amount of questions may appear more doable and appeals to our sense of instant gratification, it is not adequate enough to provide a description.

Seeing your categories adapt after every test would make new comers scoff at the ever changing uncertainty. Those who follow personally research will thus deem the software as untrustworthy and novice.

While a disclaimer lists a percentage of accuracy, even at a low amount, reading and agreeing with your type just…

  14. Have official meetups for the nearby feature

It'd be a great networking opportunity for users to have meetups organized officially by your company. I am aware that we can use the nearby feature at career fairs and such but it doesn't hurt to have more organized events. Additionally it'd be amazing to have games at those events that make companies and other people more aware of our skillsets.

  15. Slideable fit score

I was analysing the fit score system recently and noticed some intresting data. I take it the amount of extraversion and introverion on the scale give you the different personas along with any other, be it abstract thinking or intuition.

I though about the idea to be able to slide these results to see how your top three personas change. This could be useful if one wishes to learn how a combination of these make up a "Mastermind" or "Maverick". Or even further adjust your own persona accuracy. This could apply some badget to the profile, proving one's persona has…

  16. Match my personas with company.

It would be very nice if you make the new category "match my persona" under the "company" tab so that i can find the companies actually fit to me instantly without going back and forth.

  18. Population of Each Archetype

    I would like to see:

-a percentage of how many people have traits of each of the 16 types.

    - And as primary, secondary, and tertiary types.

    - It's very specific but maybe also all the combinations, like when you see company profiles and you see the percentage of the 3 likely archetypes who work there, example: Idealist/Go-Getter/Technician. It's not necessarily because the company hires only those who have all 3 types' types, but what if someone did have all 3 and wanted to find "the perfect fit".

  19. Blurbs about each character trait's icon

Having Ellen DeGeneres and Amelia Earhart are excellent, but I'm unfamiliar with some other icons. Adding short blurbs would greatly improve my experience

  20. Don't have connect to LinkedIn because I don't have one.

Why should I create a LinkedIn profile when I don't want one just to complete my profile?
