  1. User interface feedback

    - when i switch my avatar images, the changes doesn't stick. it worked the first time, but i'm trying to switch them back and it won't save the changes.
    - for usability, it would be great to be able to click straight to a profile from this page: http://www.good.co/teams. for example, if i wanted to see your profile, i can't just click on your icon, i have to go to "See Team Report" first and then go to the individual
    - wasn't intuitive to easily/quickly upload a photo.

    On the team summary, where you show missing team roles, you should be able to click on icons so you can read a summary of the missing team roles

  3. when doing facebook invitation, it is better to include sample msg

    right now only a link is provided. I find at least 2 friends who are confused and asked me what is going on. Make it explicit that it is an invitation.

  6. Put some thought into sliders and ranking

    What does the middle of the Likert scale/slider/spectrum mean? One can guess, but if the sliders are too open to interpretation users might not use them in the way you anticipate.

    I would love to see options to choose new questions in the company canvas.

    James bond getaway vs an ocean's 11 heist? ... What does this mean? I'm assuming perfectly executed vs error prone but this may not be clear for other users. Consider clarifying?

    What's the difference between an emperor and a president? These indicators may be too subjective.

    Regarding the work bonus: going on a vacation costs…

  7. More companies!!

    We live in a globalized world, most of these companies is USA. Where are the companies from Europe, Latin America, Japan?
    Particularly I felt a lot of lack of bank business segment: Deutshe Bank, Santander, ING.
    Perhaps you guys, need someone to research and expand the portfolio of companies.

To answer your question, each company we add into our database is assigned an archetype / cultural profile, which is built off of a combination of each company’s unique traits, brand perception, behavioral factors, and insiders’ reviews. Because of this, each listing requires thorough research in order to ensure accuracy. As a result, the process of adding new companies takes a while, however, in the coming months we’ll begin to work towards a more robust job and company search experience with more companies being added every day.

  11. Add additional job title suggestions and skill suggestions

    It would be helpful if you added more job title suggestions and skill suggestions. Love the beta though the design and idea are amazing I just thought I'd throw out my suggestion just in case any others felt the same.

  13. Double or triple the number of diagnostic questions for more accurate results

    With Myers/Briggs, Enneagram, Right Path, Strengths Finder, all of them have substantially more questions and thus far more accurate results. I understand this system is still in beta, but it was so inaccurate as to be useless.

  19. ...add Careers

    You already understand all about People & Profiles, Companies & Profiles, and Job & Profiles. I think it would be great for the 'system' to understand about Careers as well, here's why:

    I searched for Jobs tonight, and there's nothing new. I had to specify job title and/or skills to make that search, which limited the Jobs that were shown to me.

    A. I'd like the system to just show me jobs based on my profile (not artificially limited by the job title or skill I enter).

    And

    B. I'd also like to just look at potential Careers in that…
