Stop assuming that not being a self starter means that a structured environment will work better.

in many cases, my own included, simply not being a self-starter does not mean that a structured environment works well - on the contrary, it works extremely badly for me and I do my best work, and learn best when I am inspired to a project. Resuming when I return after a break is hard, as is starting something without inspiration, so either my scores are being distorted by the test questions in this area, or the correlation assumed is false.

    further, please don't assume that a strong internal ethical code means that you religously obey rules. In my experience, that is seldom true.
